NAD+ cannot be rushed. Pushed in quickly it causes chest tightness, cramping, and nausea, so the drip runs slow on purpose. At 250mg that is one to two hours. At 500mg, two to four. At 1,000mg, four to eight, which is most of a working day.
The difference is where you spend it. In a clinic that is a recliner in a shared room with a magazine. At home it is your own couch, your own bathroom, your own coffee.
