Ramadan IV Hydration — Evening Drips After Iftar, Never During the Fast

Thirty days of fasting from dawn to sunset means thirty days of trying to rehydrate in a short overnight window — and for many people, water and meals between iftar and suhoor simply aren't enough to catch up. Apex Regen Wellness offers physician-guided, nurse-administered IV hydration scheduled entirely outside fasting hours: evening appointments after iftar, at your home across Somerset, Union, Essex, Bergen, and Hudson counties in New Jersey and throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Staten Island, or in-store in Bound Brook, NJ. We come to you after the day's fast has ended — so nothing interferes with your fast, and you start the next day's fast properly hydrated.

What's in the Ramadan Replenishment Drip

Key Ingredients

  • 1,000 mL of IV fluids with balanced electrolytes

the foundation, delivering the hydration a dry fast demands

  • Vitamin B Complex

steady energy support without stimulants

  • Vitamin B12

energy and focus support through the long afternoon

  • Vitamin C

antioxidant and immune support

  • Magnesium

for prevention of fast-day headaches and muscle cramps

No sugars, no caffeine, no stimulants. If you're tapering caffeine in the days before the fast — the single best thing you can do alongside hydration — this drip is designed to complement that, not replace it.

Why Rehydration Is the Hardest Part of Ramadan

The challenge of Ramadan isn't just the daytime thirst — it's the math of the overnight window. The body can only absorb so much fluid orally at once, so even disciplined water intake between iftar and suhoor often leaves you starting the next fast behind on hydration. Day after day, that deficit compounds: headaches get worse through the second week, energy dips earlier each afternoon, and focus at work and in worship suffers. A single evening IV delivers a full liter of fluids and electrolytes directly into your bloodstream in under an hour — absorption the overnight window can't match — so tomorrow's fast starts from full.

Scheduling: Entirely Outside Fasting Hours

We schedule Ramadan appointments in the evening, after iftar, with select late slots for those who prefer closer to suhoor. We do not administer IVs during fasting hours — full stop. Whether IV therapy during the fast is permissible is a question for scholars, and opinions differ; our scheduling is built so the question never has to arise for you. If you have any concerns, we encourage you to speak with your imam.

Ramadan 2027 is expected to begin on or around February 8, subject to the moon sighting, and to run through early March. Evening slots — especially weekends and the last ten nights — fill quickly. Many clients book a standing weekly appointment for the month rather than night by night.

Who Books Ramadan IV Therapy

Clients who feel the fast compounding hardest: older adults fasting the full month, people with physically demanding jobs, frequent headache and migraine sufferers, those recovering from illness who are cleared to fast but struggling with it, nursing mothers fasting with physician guidance, and anyone whose second and third week of Ramadan usually hits harder than the first. If you have diabetes, kidney disease, or another medical condition, talk to your physician about fasting safely — and about whether scheduled rehydration should be part of your plan.

Households and Standing Bookings

One mobile visit can serve the whole household after iftar — parents, grandparents, adult children — at a single stop, which is our most popular Ramadan format. For the full month, ask about a standing weekly booking (many families choose Thursday or Sunday evenings) so hydration is handled before the week begins.

Our Commitment to Respectful Care

Ramadan is a month of worship, discipline, and community — not a problem for us to solve. Our role is narrow and practical: replenishment after the day's fast has ended, so your body can keep up with what your month asks of it. We never schedule during fasting hours, we never market hydration as a way around the fast, and religious questions belong with your imam. You keep the fast. We'll help you recover from it, night by night.
