A Wellness Benefit Your Team Will Actually Use
Most workplace wellness perks go unused: the gym stipend nobody redeems, the webinar nobody watches. An on-site IV wellness day is different. Employees sign up, sit down, and spend an hour being taken care of by a registered nurse while they answer emails, take a call, or simply rest. It is a visible, tangible benefit that people talk about long after our nurses pack up.
Apex Regen Wellness brings corporate IV therapy to offices, job sites, conferences, and company events across Somerset, Union, Essex, Bergen, Hudson, and Middlesex Counties. Every program operates under physician-approved standing orders from our Medical Director, Nicholas Luke, MD, and every infusion is administered by a licensed registered nurse. Our clinical leadership brings nearly two decades of emergency department experience, including Level 1 trauma centers.
Built for Every Size of Company
Small businesses (5 to 49 employees): Most small teams start with an Employee Perk Program at no cost to the company, or a single On-Site Wellness Day for the whole office. One nurse can typically serve 12 to 15 people in a half day, so most small offices need just one visit.
Mid-size companies (50 to 249 employees): Quarterly wellness days, cost-share options, and multi-nurse teams so larger groups move quickly. Many mid-size clients pair an on-site day with an Employee Perk Program for remote and hybrid staff.
Enterprise (250+ employees or multiple locations): Recurring programs across multiple New Jersey offices, executive wellness for leadership, and support for conferences and large events. We coordinate staffing, employee sign-ups, and scheduling directly with your HR, benefits, or events team.
Who Pays? Three Ways to Fund It
Company-paid: The company covers every participant with one simple invoice.
Cost-share: The company covers a set amount per employee, such as the cost of a Pure Hydration drip, and employees pay the difference to upgrade.
Employee-paid: The company hosts the day and employees pay for their own drip at the corporate rate. No budget required.
Every participant counts toward your pricing tier, no matter who pays.
Corporate Pricing

Executive Wellness with Niagen
For leaders with packed calendars, wellness has to fit the schedule, not the other way around. Our Executive Wellness Program pairs private, on-demand IV therapy with Niagen, our premium NAD+ support infusion, delivered wherever your leadership team works.
Why executives choose Niagen:
Fits into a lunch hour: Niagen typically runs 30 to 45 minutes, compared with two to four hours for a traditional NAD+ infusion at a comparable dose.
What it is: Niagen is a branded form of nicotinamide riboside (NR), a precursor the body uses to make NAD+, a coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism.
Comes to you: At the office, at home, or at a hotel. No clinic visit and no membership required.
Same clinical standards: Every session follows physician-approved standing orders from our Medical Director, Nicholas Luke, MD, with registered nurse screening and monitoring from start to finish.
Pricing: Niagen 250 mg is $399, 500 mg is $649, and 1000 mg is $1,299 per session. Executive retainers can include Niagen sessions on a set monthly schedule.
Every company is different, so we offer five ways to work with us. Most clients start with one and add another as the program grows.
Executive Wellness Program
Best for: Leadership teams, founders, and executives with demanding schedules.
Private, on-demand IV therapy for your leadership team at the office, at home, or at a hotel. Executives get access to our full menu, including NAD+ and Niagen infusions, with priority same-day and after-hours scheduling, one point of contact, and consolidated monthly invoicing. As with every program, each executive's health information stays between them and our clinical team.
Pricing: Custom monthly retainer, quoted for your team.
On-Site Wellness Day
Best for: Teams of five or more who want a one-time wellness event.
We set up a pop-up IV lounge in a conference room or quiet space at your office. Employees reserve a time slot ahead of time, complete a secure online health intake, and choose their drip from our corporate menu. On the day, our nurses screen each participant, start their infusion, and monitor them until it is complete. Included: a registered nurse team sized to your headcount (about one nurse for every four to five participants at a time), all IV equipment, supplies, and fluids, an employee sign-up link with staggered time slots, and setup, breakdown, and medical waste removal.
Pricing: Corporate rates by headcount, starting at $160 per person.
Employee Perk Program
Best for: Small businesses, remote and hybrid teams, and companies that want a benefit with no upfront cost.
We build your company its own private booking page, and your employees receive 15% off in-home IV therapy booked on their own schedule. There is nothing for the company to pay or manage. It works well on its own or alongside on-site wellness days for staff who were not in the office.
Pricing: No cost to the company. Employees save 15% on every in-home session.
Recurring Wellness Program
Best for: Companies that want a monthly, quarterly, or seasonal benefit employees can count on.
Put wellness days on a set calendar: monthly, quarterly, or around your busy seasons and flu season. Recurring clients receive the next pricing tier up regardless of headcount (up to 30% off), priority scheduling, and the same nursing team whenever possible, so employees see familiar faces every visit.
Pricing: Schedule at least four wellness days within 12 months to qualify.
Corporate Events and Off-Sites
Best for: Conferences, retreats, sales kickoffs, client events, team-building days, and holiday parties.
We bring an IV hydration station to your venue, hotel, or off-site. It is especially popular for multi-day conferences and the morning after a company celebration. We coordinate setup, timing, and space directly with your event planner or venue.
Pricing: Corporate rates by headcount, with multi-day event pricing available on request.
When Companies Book Us
Flu season and open enrollment: Pair an Immunity Defense day with your benefits fair or flu shot clinic.
End-of-quarter and busy-season pushes: Energy Boost and Mental Clarity days for teams putting in long hours.
Employee appreciation and milestones: A thank-you that feels more personal than another catered lunch.
Conferences, off-sites, and retreats: Hydration and recovery for teams traveling, presenting, and networking for days at a time.
Travel-heavy teams: Jet Setter Reset at the office, or at hotels near Newark Liberty and Teterboro after long trips.
Company athletics and charity events: Athletic Performance and Pure Hydration for corporate 5Ks, softball leagues, and field days.
Holiday parties and client events: Recovery stations the morning after, at the venue or the hotel.
How It Works
-
Step 1: Tell us about your team
-
Request a proposal or call us. We will ask about headcount, locations, goals, and budget.
-
-
Step 2: Get your proposal
-
We recommend a program, a date, and staffing, with clear per-person pricing and no surprises.
-
-
Step 3: Employees sign up
-
We send your team a sign-up link. Each employee reserves a time slot and completes a secure online health intake before the day.
-
-
Step 4: Wellness day
-
Our nurses arrive early, set up, and screen each participant, including vital signs, before starting their infusion. Employees can keep working, take calls, or simply relax.
-
-
Step 5: Follow-up
-
You receive a participation summary (never individual health information), and we help you plan the next one.
-
Questions? Prefer to talk it through? Text or call (732) 498-1136 and we will walk you through every option.
Clinical Standards, Safety, and Privacy
An office wellness day is still medical care, and we run it that way.
Physician oversight: All services follow physician-approved standing orders from our Medical Director, Nicholas Luke, MD.
Individual screening: Every participant completes a health intake and is screened by a registered nurse, including vital signs, before any infusion. If IV therapy is not the right choice for someone that day, our nurse will tell them privately.
Emergency medicine leadership: Our clinical leadership comes from Level 1 trauma and emergency departments, with nearly two decades of ER experience.
Continuous monitoring: A nurse monitors every participant from the moment the IV starts until it is removed.
Sterile, single-use supplies: Every IV start uses new, sterile, single-use equipment, and we remove all sharps and medical waste when we leave.
Privacy and voluntary participation: Participation is always voluntary, and no employee should ever feel pressured to sign up. Each employee's health information stays between that employee and our clinical team. Your company receives participation counts and billing details only, and company invoices list the number and type of drips provided, not who received them. We never tell an employer who signed up, who was screened out, or why.
What We Need From You
A conference room, wellness room, or other quiet space; a comfortable chair for each active participant and a small table for supplies; access to a nearby restroom; one point of contact on the day; and building access, parking, and loading details for our nurses. We bring everything else: IV poles, supplies, fluids, and medical waste disposal.
The Corporate Drip Menu
For on-site wellness days, we offer drips that fit comfortably into a workday, and every participant chooses their own: Pure Hydration, Energy Boost, Mental Clarity, Myers' Cocktail, Immunity Defense, Migraine Relief, Jet Setter Reset, Hangover Relief (off-sites and the morning after company events), and Athletic Performance. Niagen is available as a premium upgrade at on-site events; it is priced separately and is not included in corporate discounts.
NAD+ infusions run two to four hours and are offered through our Executive Wellness Program and in-home appointments rather than group wellness days. Employees who are already feeling sick should book an in-home Cold & Flu Fighter session instead of joining an office wellness day.
