Corporate Wellness Programs in NJ: The Perk Teams Actually Use

The best corporate wellness programs have one thing in common: people actually use them. Across New Jersey, more companies are finding that an on-site IV wellness day checks that box in a single afternoon. A licensed registered nurse team sets up a calm, private IV lounge in your conference room, your employees book time slots, and for about an hour each person gets to sit down, hydrate and be taken care of without leaving the building.

This guide covers why corporate wellness programs matter more than ever for NJ employers, why IV wellness days get the kind of turnout most perks never see, the drips teams book most, and how our Executive Wellness Program with Niagen gives your leadership team private, on-demand care that fits the busiest calendars in the company.

Why Corporate Wellness Programs Matter More Than Ever

Employers have never had a clearer reason to invest in how their people feel. Eagle Hill Consulting's latest workforce survey found that 55% of US employees are experiencing burnout, and a 2025 study in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine estimated what that costs: about $3,999 a year for an hourly employee, $10,824 for a manager and $20,683 for an executive, or roughly $5 million a year for a typical 1,000-person company. Replacing someone who leaves is expensive too: SHRM puts it at one-half to two times that person's annual salary.

Here is the encouraging part. Gallup's research shows that employees who strongly agree their employer cares about their wellbeing are 69% less likely to be actively looking for a new job and 71% less likely to report experiencing a lot of burnout. Only about one in four US employees feel that way today, so the companies that show they care, in ways people can actually see and feel, stand out fast.

The Wellness Perk People Actually Show Up For

Most workplace wellness perks share one problem: they ask employees to find extra time. The gym stipend sits unredeemed and the lunch-and-learn plays to a half-empty room. In a 2026 Hartford Business Journal survey of employers, lack of time was the biggest barrier to employees taking part in wellness programs.

An on-site IV wellness day flips that around. The benefit comes to the office and fits inside the workday:

• It takes about an hour. Most infusions run 45 to 60 minutes after a short screening, and employees can answer emails, take a call or simply rest.

• It's personal. Every participant chooses their own drip and gets one-on-one attention from a registered nurse.

• It's visible. People talk about a wellness day long after our nurses pack up, which makes it a thank-you your team remembers.

• It's easy for HR. We handle sign-ups, staffing, supplies, setup and cleanup. You provide a quiet room.

It is one of the simplest ways to show your team, in a way they can feel, that you value how they're doing.

What Hydration Does in Your Body

Water is the most important nutrient you have. It makes up more than half of your body weight, and nearly every system you rely on during a workday depends on it:

• Blood volume and circulation. Fluid keeps your blood volume up so your heart can carry oxygen and nutrients to every tissue.

• Electrolytes keep signals moving. Sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium help your nerves fire and your muscles contract normally.

• Temperature control. Your body sheds heat through sweat, which takes a steady supply of fluid.

• B vitamins and energy. B vitamins help your cells turn the food you eat into usable energy.

• Magnesium. Supports normal muscle and nerve function and takes part in hundreds of chemical reactions in the body.

• Vitamin C. An antioxidant your body also uses to build collagen.

Hydration matters at the desk, too. A 2018 meta-analysis of 33 studies found that once fluid losses passed about 2% of body weight, performance dropped most on tasks that call for attention, executive function and coordination. Long meetings, dry office air, travel and skipped water breaks make it easy to fall behind, which is why so many teams start with hydration.

An IV delivers fluids, electrolytes and vitamins straight into the bloodstream, so there is nothing to wait on from the digestive system. It is a relaxing, efficient way to top up, with a nurse beside you the whole time.

The Drips Teams Book Most

Every participant chooses their own drip from our corporate menu. These are the favorites at NJ wellness days:

• Pure Hydration: a full liter of fluids with electrolytes and B complex in about 30 to 45 minutes. The easy first pick, and a favorite for anyone new to IV therapy.

• Energy Boost: fluids with B complex, B12, vitamin C, L-carnitine, calcium, magnesium and taurine, about 60 minutes from setup to finish. Teams book it for end-of-quarter pushes and long stretches of late nights.

• Myers' Cocktail: the classic blend of vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, B complex and B12 in a liter of fluids, about 45 to 60 minutes. A go-to for people who want an all-around wellness drip.

• Jet Setter Reset: B complex, B12, vitamin C, magnesium, calcium and taurine in a liter of fluids, about 45 to 60 minutes. Built for travel-heavy teams, at the office or at hotels near Newark Liberty and Teterboro.

Every infusion starts with a health screening by a licensed RN, and not everyone is a candidate.

Executive Wellness With Niagen

Your leadership team carries the heaviest calendars in the company, and the burnout study above found the cost is highest at the top: about $20,683 a year per executive. Our Executive Wellness Program is built for exactly these people: private, on-demand IV therapy that comes to them, wherever they work.

Niagen IV therapy at Apex Regen Wellness
Niagen fits into a lunch hour: most sessions take 30 to 45 minutes.

• Priority scheduling, including same-day and after-hours visits.

• Care wherever they are: the office, home or a hotel. No clinic visit and no membership required.

• One point of contact and consolidated monthly invoicing for the company.

• Full menu access, including NAD+ and Niagen infusions.

• Complete privacy. Each executive's health information stays between them and our clinical team.

Why executives love Niagen. Niagen is a pharmaceutical-grade form of nicotinamide riboside, a form of vitamin B3 that your cells convert into NAD+. NAD+ is the coenzyme your cells use to turn food into ATP, the energy every cell runs on, and it also fuels the enzymes your cells use for everyday maintenance. Most Niagen sessions take just 30 to 45 minutes, compared with about 2 to 4 hours for a traditional 500 mg NAD+ infusion, so it fits into a lunch hour instead of an afternoon.

Niagen is $399 for 250 mg, $649 for 500 mg and $1,299 for 1000 mg, and the Executive Wellness Program is a custom monthly retainer, quoted for your team, that can include Niagen sessions on a set monthly schedule. Every session starts with an RN health screening and medication review, and not everyone is a candidate. Want the full story? Read NAD+ vs. Niagen IV: What's the Difference.

When NJ Companies Book a Wellness Day

• End-of-year and end-of-quarter pushes, when teams are putting in long hours.

• Open enrollment and benefits fairs, a natural moment to show off a benefit people want.

• Holiday parties and client events, with a hydration station at the venue or hotel the morning after.

• Conferences, off-sites and sales kickoffs, for teams traveling and presenting for days at a time.

• Employee appreciation and milestones, a thank-you that feels more personal than another catered lunch.

• Company 5Ks and charity events, with Athletic Performance and Pure Hydration for adult participants.

Planning your 2027 benefits now? A recurring program puts wellness on the calendar all year, with priority scheduling and the same nursing team whenever possible.

Privacy, Safety and Who Should Check First

An office wellness day is still medical care, and we run it that way. Every program follows physician-approved standing orders from our Medical Director, Nicholas Luke, MD, and our clinical leadership brings nearly two decades of emergency department experience.

• Participation is always voluntary. No employee should ever feel pressured to sign up.

• Health information stays private. Your company sees participation counts and billing only, never who signed up, who was screened out or why.

• Sterile, single-use supplies for every IV, and we remove all sharps and medical waste when we leave.

Each participant completes a secure health intake and an RN screening, including vital signs, before any infusion. Employees should tell their nurse, and check with their doctor first, if they are pregnant or breastfeeding, have heart or kidney disease or uncontrolled high blood pressure, take prescription medications, or have had a reaction to an IV before. Anyone already feeling sick should book an in-home visit instead of joining the office day. Not everyone is a candidate, and if IV therapy isn't the right choice for someone that day, the nurse tells them privately.

How a Corporate Wellness Day Works

• Tell us about your team. Request a proposal or call us with your headcount, locations, goals and budget.

• Get your proposal. We recommend a program, a date and staffing, with clear per-person pricing.

• Employees sign up. Each person reserves a time slot and completes a secure online health intake.

• Wellness day. Our nurses arrive early, set up, screen each participant and stay until every infusion is complete, with about one nurse for every four to five people at a time.

• Follow-up. You receive a participation summary (never individual health information), and we help you plan the next one.

All we need from you is a quiet room, a comfortable chair for each active participant, a small table and access to a restroom. We bring the IV poles, fluids and supplies. We serve offices, job sites, venues and hotels across Somerset, Union, Essex, Bergen, Hudson and Middlesex counties, seven days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Final Thoughts

The best corporate wellness programs are the ones people use, talk about and look forward to. An on-site IV wellness day delivers all three: an hour of real, nurse-led care that comes to your office, fits the workday and shows your team you care. Add the Executive Wellness Program, and your leaders get private, on-demand care with Niagen that fits the busiest calendars you have.
